We moved in about a week ago. I have to say, this seems to be the most affordable townhome in the area (which is incredible and near a smiths, Trader Joe’s, and many great places). The place is spacious and we already love it. The biggest benefit, in my opinion, is having someone on site who is responsive to the needs of the tenants. Susan has made herself accessible and has gone above in beyond to help make sure the residence are happy!

His dedication is evident as he consistently cleans up the property early in the morning, even taking on tasks that should be handled by pet owners. Renny's prompt response to home issues and proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness contribute to the exceptional living experience here. I've witnessed him going above and beyond, even addressing issues that aren't officially his responsibility. A recent instance where he promptly cleaned up after someone moved out showcases his commitment. Renny truly deserves all the praise for making our living environment consistently amazing. She treats it as if it were her own home, which makes a huge difference for us residents. As much as we pay to live here, this is our home, and Susan ensures it feels that way. Anytime I bring something to her attention, it’s addressed the same day. Justin fulfills work orders as soon as they are submitted and always listens to our concerns while fixing the issue. Justin and Susan, you are truly the cornerstone of this property. Thank you for all you do!
