We moved in about a week ago. I have to say, this seems to be the most affordable townhome in the area (which is incredible and near a smiths, Trader Joe’s, and many great places). The place is spacious and we already love it. The biggest benefit, in my opinion, is having someone on site who is responsive to the needs of the tenants. Susan has made herself accessible and has gone above in beyond to help make sure the residence are happy!

She treats it as if it were her own home, which makes a huge difference for us residents. As much as we pay to live here, this is our home, and Susan ensures it feels that way. Anytime I bring something to her attention, it’s addressed the same day. Justin fulfills work orders as soon as they are submitted and always listens to our concerns while fixing the issue. Justin and Susan, you are truly the cornerstone of this property. Thank you for all you do!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Susan, our property manager. She has been incredibly helpful and supportive not just to our unit, but to the entire community. Recently, I brought an issue to her attention, and it was resolved within 24 hours. Susan has been consistently attentive and responsive to every concern I’ve had. This level of care means a lot, especially how high the cost of living is nowadays, everywhere. Sometimes, landlords or property managers can be unpredictable, but with Susan, I always know what to expect. She provides a reassuring sense of stability, and I know that if I need her, she's there. Property managers don’t often get enough credit, yet they handle a wide range of responsibilities. Susan excels in one of the most important ones: ensuring that the place I call home is safe for my family. Give this woman a raise! Thank you, Susan!

I have lived at Station Five for nearly two years, and overall, it has been a good experience, for my family. I must highlight the amazing work of the maintenance man (I wish I knew his name). He doesn’t just fix problems—he genuinely tries to understand how we’re feeling about the situation and goes above and beyond to support us. He deserves a raise for his dedication! Secondly, I want to express how much we appreciate Aili. She has been incredible throughout our time here, especially during some tough moments with our unit . Her commitment and care for us make a huge difference. She is truly a cornerstone to this property. I hope we can call this our home for another year.

I have lived at the Station Five for three months now and my roommates and I have loved it. When we moved in we had an issue with our carpets and Aili + the maintenance team got right on it! I have never lived somewhere with a management team that actually helps its tenants so quickly. I will also say that the application + move in process was really great, Aili was great to communicate and ask questions to and we would get a response within a day most times. Another plus we have noticed so far is the parking, you pay a $25 parking fee a month for a covered spot, which will be awesome in the winter, but we also never have trouble finding parking outside of our assigned spot. While the kitchen is a little bit smaller, the amount of space in the rest of the house makes up for it. We added a small butcher block island and it solved the problem! Overall, I would definitely recommend you check out these townhomes! The area just can't be beat as well, it feels like we are 10 minutes away from everything!

wow. fantastic renovation. basically brand new units! so big, + I love my yard and covered parking. great access to Sugar House and public transportation with the TRAX right outside my door! Dog Wash station + large grass area for the kids!

The townhomes were super clean & adorable, we loved the little patios & the cute playground was a bonus for my kids! It was one of our biggest determining factors on choosing Station Five to rent from. She has so much knowledge on housing. As pretty new renters she helped us figure out switching/turning off our current utilities so we can switch them over. Rebecca at station 5 is an absolutely awesome property manager!

Rebecca and mackala, these two are on it, these 2 are the type your city council and mayor want running apartments and rentals, I promise you want to live here, under their management. I said this awhile ago on nextdoor, and it said where did all the good nice people of salt lake go, well I found a couple of them right here at station 5, so happy to have made the move. I came and did a tour and I was amazed at how nice they are, the gas stove is an extremely nice feature and the bedrooms look really spacious and they even have a dog washroom! Rebecca was who I spoke with and also gave me the tour was extremely kind and super sweet lady! She answered any and all my questions and really made my experience extremely welcoming and enjoyable, with her amazing personality and upbeat attitude! Rebecca is the property manager for these beautiful townhomes. If the actual property/home didn’t already make give me a really positive and welcoming feeling (which it definitely does!) Rebecca sure will! Thank you again Rebecca for all of your help and being so kind and quick to respond and even more importantly for calling me back later I had a few questions I spaced out of when I was doing my tour!!

We’ve only been here for about a week now and we love it! The 2 bedroom unit is so spacious we don’t even know what to do with all of it! The property manager Rebecca Ortiz was super helpful with getting us moved in and practically got keys in hand within a day of applying. I Just moved into the 3 bedroom town homes , I’m feeling spoiled and overwhelmed by the apartment. It’s super nice and really big for the price. My stay in this place has been nothing short of comfortable and satisfying. The units are reasonable in price. The location is a prime one if you’re looking into a quiet community not so far, and not too near the hustle and bustle of the city. Moriah, the property manager, is so kind and accommodating, too! She has helped us out a lot making our move-in process a breeze. Really easy to talk to, and her office is literally within the compound! The maintenance staff is also really capable and reliable, shoutout to Tyler! Understand that they are in the process of renovating the whole place (the amenities are really cool, by the way!). Despite that, they have been so responsive to our needs. I just love my time here ☺️♥️

Moriah, the property manager, is absolutely amazing. Our AC needed to be looked at and she had Kyler, our super helpful and friendly maintenance guy, at the house less than an hour after I emailed her. He got the issue fixed an hour later.
