We have lived at Station Five for the past two years, and our experience has been wonderful. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, and we've truly enjoyed living here. We would especially like to recognize Susan, the property manager. She has always been kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed assistance. She truly cares about the residents and has made our experience even better. Thank you to the entire Station Five team for making this such a great place to live. We highly recommend this community!

Had an issue with our washer and Gio the maintenance supervisor was nice and friendly. He was able to fix the problem in a timely manner!

Love my beautiful townhome an, Susan the manager is a sweetheart and she will help you with everything you need she helped us with everything we needed thank God it's a place really quick I was super surprised of the outcome of how fast she got us into a place so yeah I love this place it's a good place to live!

My sister, my cats, and I had an amazing time living at the Station Five townhomes. The apartments are very nice and well kept, and Susan in the office is beyond helpful. She is clearly excellent in her role of property manager, and the property is lucky to have her. 10/10 experience ❤️

I applied at station 5 townhomes awhile back. I have a pretty long and unfavorable background. After I answered all questions and supplied proper paperwork showing I had turned my life around I was approved to move in. Now that I have been living here for 2 months I can say management is very helpful and always replies to any concerns I have in a very timely manner. Susan up front is very helpful and always willing to answer any questions or help me with anything. The town homes are very nice for the price and the location is ideal being right next to trax and close several nice parks. They are pet friendly and there are lots of places with in walking distance to take my dog to play.

Awesome property! Great neighbors and the office is always great to deal with. Would highly recommend
