Great property. Management staff very attentive and friendly. property is super clean, huge garages and very nice units.

My family has been looking for a place to call home & we recently visited Station Five. We absolutely loved touring the property! The townhomes were super clean & adorable, we loved the little patios & the cute playground was a bonus for my kids! The manager Aili was super nice & helpful, she made us feel so welcome & even walked us through the application process. I’m proud to say that come March this will be my new home!

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Renny, the property maintenance staff. His dedication is evident as he consistently cleans up the property early in the morning, even taking on tasks that should be handled by pet owners. Renny's prompt response to home issues and proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness contribute to the exceptional living experience here. I've witnessed him going above and beyond, even addressing issues that aren't officially his responsibility. A recent instance where he promptly cleaned up after someone moved out showcases his commitment. Renny truly deserves all the praise for making our living environment consistently amazing. Thank you for all you do, Renny!

Great community, beautiful townhomes and the best location! Also, so glad for the new management! They are really turning things around for the better!

Rebecca has been helping us with our moving in needs since day one (touring the unit). She has been so wonderful and helpful. It was one of our biggest determining factors on choosing Station Five to rent from. She has so much knowledge on housing. As pretty new renters she helped us figure out switching/turning off our current utilities so we can switch them over. Rebecca at station 5 is an absolutely awesome property manager!

Rebecca and mackala, these two are on it, these 2 are the type your city council and mayor want running apartments and rentals, I promise you want to live here, under their management. I said this awhile ago on nextdoor, and it said where did all the good nice people of salt lake go, well I found a couple of them right here at station 5, so happy to have made the move. And Rebecca and mackala, Thank You!!! P. S. if you are in a hurry because of any issues to move these two gals will help in that process and with speed.

what a fantastic place 3 levels lots of space kinda pricey. Lived in over 2 dozen places across salt lake county and this has been my favorite management tupou is cool and friendly to work with , very spacious and quite.
