wow. fantastic renovation. basically brand new units! so big, + I love my yard and covered parking. great access to Sugar House and public transportation with the TRAX right outside my door! Dog Wash station + large grass area for the kids!

I came and did a tour and I was amazed at how nice they are, the gas stove is an extremely nice feature and the bedrooms look really spacious and they even have a dog washroom! Rebecca was who I spoke with and also gave me the tour was extremely kind and super sweet lady! She answered any and all my questions and really made my experience extremely welcoming and enjoyable, with her amazing personality and upbeat attitude! Rebecca is the property manager for these beautiful townhomes. If the actual property/home didn’t already make give me a really positive and welcoming feeling (which it definitely does!) Rebecca sure will! Thank you again Rebecca for all of your help and being so kind and quick to respond and even more importantly for calling me back later I had a few questions I spaced out of when I was doing my tour!!

I have to extend so many thanks out to Rebecca Ortiz-Calderon in the leasing office for making the application process smooth & comfortable! She responds immediately which brought me tons of comfort. I cannot wait to move in, and have her there for any support needed. Additionally this location is great! Access to Sugar House quickly but a quiet area. Very homey.

I applied at station 5 townhomes awhile back. I have a pretty long and unfavorable background. After I answered all questions and supplied proper paperwork showing I had turned my life around I was approved to move in. Now that I have been living here for 2 months I can say management is very helpful and always replies to any concerns I have in a very timely manner. Susan up front is very helpful and always willing to answer any questions or help me with anything. The town homes are very nice for the price and the location is ideal being right next to trax and close several nice parks. They are pet friendly and there are lots of places with in walking distance to take my dog to play.

Rebecca has been helping us with our moving in needs since day one (touring the unit). She has been so wonderful and helpful. It was one of our biggest determining factors on choosing Station Five to rent from. She has so much knowledge on housing. As pretty new renters she helped us figure out switching/turning off our current utilities so we can switch them over. Rebecca at station 5 is an absolutely awesome property manager!

Rebecca and mackala, these two are on it, these 2 are the type your city council and mayor want running apartments and rentals, I promise you want to live here, under their management. I said this awhile ago on nextdoor, and it said where did all the good nice people of salt lake go, well I found a couple of them right here at station 5, so happy to have made the move. And Rebecca and mackala, Thank You!!! P. S. if you are in a hurry because of any issues to move these two gals will help in that process and with speed.
