I have lived at Station Five for nearly two years, and overall, it has been a good experience, for my family. I must highlight the amazing work of the maintenance man (I wish I knew his name). He doesn’t just fix problems—he genuinely tries to understand how we’re feeling about the situation and goes above and beyond to support us. He deserves a raise for his dedication! Secondly, I want to express how much we appreciate Aili. She has been incredible throughout our time here, especially during some tough moments with our unit . Her commitment and care for us make a huge difference. She is truly a cornerstone to this property. I hope we can call this our home for another year.

I have lived at the Station Five for three months now and my roommates and I have loved it. When we moved in we had an issue with our carpets and Aili + the maintenance team got right on it! I have never lived somewhere with a management team that actually helps its tenants so quickly. I will also say that the application + move in process was really great, Aili was great to communicate and ask questions to and we would get a response within a day most times. Another plus we have noticed so far is the parking, you pay a $25 parking fee a month for a covered spot, which will be awesome in the winter, but we also never have trouble finding parking outside of our assigned spot. While the kitchen is a little bit smaller, the amount of space in the rest of the house makes up for it. We added a small butcher block island and it solved the problem! Overall, I would definitely recommend you check out these townhomes! The area just can't be beat as well, it feels like we are 10 minutes away from everything!

I stopped by for a tour and Aili was super helpful. I’m not looking to move just yet but because of her great customer service I can definitely see myself living here!
